Support, equip, and nurture pastors and church leaders through spiritual development, continuing education, professional growth, mentoring, and pastoral care.

Promote healthy marriages and families through family-life education, counseling, relationship enrichment, parenting programs, and resources that strengthen Christian homes.

Equip for Effective Mission
Encourage pastors, families, and church leaders to model Christ-centered living, nurture congregations, and actively participate in the mission and evangelistic work of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Ministerial Association and Family Life Department exists to strengthen pastors, church leaders, and families for faithful service and effective ministry. We provide spiritual nurture, pastoral support, leadership development, and family-life resources that help build healthy, Christ-centered relationships and vibrant congregations.
Through our ministry, we seek to equip pastors and leaders to serve with integrity, strengthen ministers and their families, and encourage every home to become a center of Christian faith, love, discipleship, and mission.

What we do
The Ministerial Association and Family Life Department serves pastors, ministers, church leaders, and families throughout Rwenzori Field. We are committed to nurturing the spiritual, professional, relational, and family well-being of those who serve the church and those who make up its congregations.
The Ministerial Association focuses on strengthening pastoral ministry by providing opportunities for spiritual growth, continuing education, professional development, mentoring, pastoral support, and leadership enrichment. We encourage ministers to deepen their relationship with Christ, uphold biblical principles, lead with integrity, and effectively participate in the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
The Family Life ministry seeks to strengthen marriages, families, and relationships by providing biblical education, practical resources, counseling support, and programs that promote healthy communication, responsible parenting, reconciliation, and Christ-centered homes.
Together, we seek to build a strong ministry community where pastors and their families flourish, church leaders are equipped for service, and homes become places where faith is nurtured and Christ is reflected. Through these efforts, we contribute to the spiritual health, unity, growth, and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church throughout Rwenzori Field.
